You may request a refund within 14 days of the original annual subscription purchase only if substantial use has not occurred.

After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but can still be cancelled to avoid renewal.

3. Enterprise Subscriptions (1, 2, or 3-Year Terms):

Enterprise contracts are subject to fixed-term agreements and are non-refundable once signed.

Early termination is only permitted under specific contract terms (e.g. breach, force majeure), as agreed upon in the Enterprise Agreement.

Clients are encouraged to engage with a trial or pilot before entering long-term commitments.

4. Refund Process:

Submit refund requests to support@zynched.com with your order number and reason.

Requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Subscription fees for billing periods already consumed

6. Cancellation Policy:

Monthly subscribers may cancel anytime via user profile > Manage Subscriptions or by emailing support@zynched.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle - no partial refunds will be issued.

Annual and enterprise subscriptions can be cancelled to avoid renewal but remain active until the end of the current term.
